  • Certified True Copies - The original document must be provided in order to certify a copy as true original. The Clerk may certify other documents as "true copies" of the originals, but there is no gurantee that such certification will be accepted.

  • Commissioner of Oath - Proper identification (photo ID) such as valid driver's license, current passport or any other government issued photo identification must be presented. The Commissioner is limited to documents that may be commissioned. Please call ahead to confirm whether or not this office can commission certain documents (see the Commissioner of Oath Policy)

The fee for Certified True Copies and Commission of Oath services are as per the User Fees and Charges By-Law.
